Meet The Team

Artur Violante started as Energix Country Manager for Poland in 2019 and now, being a CEO, he runs a Company with over 70 employees.

 

He is responsible for the activity of the Group in Poland.

​

Mr. Violante is a telecommunications engineer being involved in the renewable sector in Poland since 2008 with experience in development, construction and operation of wind farms.

Jakub Art joined Energix in 2023 as CFO and is responsible for all financial matters: project and corporate level financing, liquidity monitoring, reporting, controlling, budgeting, accounting, financial modeling, and supervision of implementation of IT tools.

Jakub Art gained experience in the Private Equity sector as a management board member responsible for financial issues of projects located in Poland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Italy. Jakub holds an ACCA title and a master's degree in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Joanna Krupa has been working at Energix Group since April 2021. Since October 2024 she is Head of Development Department.  At Energix, she is responsible for the development of Wind, PV and BESS projects throughout the country.

 

Joanna Krupa is an electrical engineer involved in the energy sector since 2009.  She has many years of experience in the design of power networks and electrical installations.  Since 2020, she has been working in the renewable energy sector.

Tomasz Gołąb works in Energix Polska since 2019 as Head of Construction Department. He is responsible for construction of next stage of Banie (3) Wind Farm and Wind Farm Sępopol in total 125 MW.

Mr. Gołąb is a construction engineer being involved in the renewable sector in Poland since 2010 with experience in development, construction  of wind farms.  

Tiago Gomes has joined Energix Polska in 2021 as Head of Operation and Maintenance Department. With his team they are responsible for operation and maintenance of the energy assets of the Group in Poland

Mr. Gomes is an electrical engineer being involved in the renewable sector in Poland since 2008 with experience in construction of wind farms and energy sector.

Maciej Kalinowski has joined Energix Polska in 2022 as Head of Legal. He is responsible for supervision of all legal affairs related to Energix’s operation in Poland.

 

Mr. Kalinowski is a bar admitted lawyer involved in the renewable sector in Poland since 2009 with experience in providing legal support throughout the entire life cycle of wind and PV farms (development, construction, financing and operation).

Mateusz Soszka joined Energix in 2023 as part of the Operations and Management team. Since June 2025, he is the Technical Director, responsible for managing the Dispatcher and Technical Teams.

 

He was responsible for implementing a new organizational unit at Energix Polska – the Control Room, responsible for 24/7 monitoring of Energix Polska and Energix USA facilities. Along with the Technical Team, he is responsible for technical support within Energix for renewable energy and power generation facilities at all stages of their development (from development, through construction, and ending with the operational phase).

 

Mateusz Soszka is an electrical engineer specializing in Power Automation with 10 years of experience in the energy sector.

Dariusz Perkowski joined Energix in 2023 as Business Development Manager. Since March 2025 he is Chief Energy Storage and Flexibility Officer responsible for management of battery energy storage systems and identifying new business models and markets for BESS. He is also in charge of providing ancillary services from wind, PV and BESS assets.

Dariusz has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector gained in large energy groups and advisory where he held various roles in different areas, including strategy, consulting, M&A and project management. Prior to joining Energix he held a C-level position in a company providing PV and BESS for the C&I sector.

Magdalena Sankowska works in Energix Polska since 2019, first as Office Manager, as the Company started to grow she became responsible for Administration Department .

 

She takes care of administrative and office procedures, company standards, supervise the Company's marketing and IT support.

​

Mrs. Sankowska works in energy sector since 2008, gained her experience in big energy players on the market.

Aneta Wieliczko joined Energix in 2024.

​

She is responsible for supervision of all HR matters.

Mrs. Wieliczko is a People & Culture professional with 20+ years of experience in international companies in various sectors – telecommunications, consumer electronics, FMCG and pharmacy.

​

Skilled in HR Consulting/Business Partners, full-cycle recruitment, learning & development, talent management, employee relations and employer branding. Also experienced in compensation
& benefits and payroll processes.
